From the first meeting until the siding and basement windows were done, everyone at Cornerstone is the epitome of responsive and professional. I was convinced that we wouldn’t be able to get our siding replacement covered by insurance based on our prior experience with our insurance company. Justin proved me wrong. Justin guided me through the processes and handled much of it directly himself. Just a couple of phone calls and emails, and we were approved and had a check to start in a few weeks.
The installation was equally smooth and professional. Our new siding and trim looks amazing. The attention to detail to ensure a quality job was there at every step. I couldn’t be happier with how our house looks now.
Things were so great that we had Justin quote us replacement basement window. Those were finished up alongside the siding and the windows look fantastic as well!

I recently hired Cornerston Building & Restoration, LLC to replace my entire roof (to include a custom metal portico roof), gutters and siding due to hail damage. This was not a small job, and Cornerstone handled it with outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, and a personal touch that you can only get from a small family-owned business. Cornerstone handled all of the communications with my insurance company, which made for a seamless process and a pleasant experience. Communication on the project was consistent, to include routine follow ups and updates, and my house (which was built in 1996) received a complete exterior makeover with quality materials and craftsmanship that far exceeded expectations. It no longer looks like it’s nearly 30 years old. If you need a new roof, siding, or gutters, you owe it to yourself to call this company. The entire roof was replaced by Cornerstone do to wind damage. They worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to, which helped out a lot because my insurance company didn’t want to help me. Cornerstone worked on our rental property. They examined our roof after it took multiple beatings from storms. After recording some tree impact damage to our gutters and siding and finding hail and wind damage, Cornerstone worked with us submit our insurance claims and then came for the inspection by the insurance representative. Cornerstone was instrumental providing information to the insurance company and identifying issues with the insurance company’s own damage estimate. The insurance company’s offer was woefully low and incorrect. If we didn’t have Cornerstone’s expertise working with us, we would not have received the appropriate compensation. This was the second time they protected our interests. The insurance company eventually agreed with Cornerstone’s accurate assessments. Cornerstone’s teams replaced our roof, siding, a sliding glass door, and replaced damaged gutters. Their teams were very deliberate in their process to insure a quality installation. they even came on Saturday to complete the job. They freely assessed our windows and told us they were a solid brand and in good condition (don’t feel pressure to replace them). We are very happy with the overall results. We experienced leaks stemming from multiple storms and damage on the roof. Justin and his team at Cornerstone were extremely responsive and came right out to analyze the extent of the damage. After submitting to our insurance company, we trusted Cornerstone to rebuild the cedar roof along with replacement gutters and soffits for ventilation to bring things up to code.
